For years nothing has worked, very frustrating, time consuming and expensive. I decided to give this cream a try and purchased it from my local Wal-mart. I am only on my second week and I definitely notice a difference. Even my husband has noticed. After 2 weeks these dark brown spots are now light brown. I am crossing my fingers that this will continue to improve my skin. I have not had any problems with break outs as described by others. This cream goes on smooth and light and not at all greasy. I still continue my other skin regime that I have used for almost a year that includes retin A 3 times a week and an ultrasonic cleaning brush used daily. I think the combo of these items works great for my skin. I am so excited that something is working to lighten these spots!
